| Born in the city of Monroe, La., raised in the suburban area of New Orleans, La. my childhood and adolescent years we're very rocky due to constent moving. And because of that my musical influences vary a lot, tapping into the different southern hip-hop cultures within the "big" hip-hop culture itself. By living in pretty much of every nook and cranny of Louisiana this helped me to have an open mind about music. Developing my sound of music in Ferriday, La., where I spent my high school years, I became more creative due to the slower lifestyle in the birth place of both my parents. Actually this was somewhat erie in a way but when you think about it, it has plenty irony behind it. You know, not really liking a place but making the best of it...that's life. Having the help of Underground Noize Inc., I developed my recording engineering skills. We dropped a compilation that got our feet wet and gave me the drive to keep doing this music thing. At the same time while I was working with these guys, at home i was recording songs myself and that gave my brothers and me a chance to bond, creating music on our own.This is how our new sound came to life. Some songs consist of the clique 4 Down which includes: KenStarr(brother),P.U.R.E.(cousin), Lil' Cleve(brother), and myself. Also, I had some help from Underground Noise's own, Will-Shine(righthand-man). But i got all my instruments and the software i needed from P. Thrilla and Erictoscale of the UN also. And now the rest is history. Music is just me; i'll always stay hungry! |
